Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)

Location: Spectrum 3, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT (You must be in a commutable distance of our office)
Salary: £14,044.55 + commission
Contract: Permanent, part-time (21.25 hours per week)
Shifts: Various morning shift patterns available (includes some weekend work)

Important Requirements – Please Read Before Applying

  • This is a fully on-site role based in our Seaham office (SR7 7TT)
  • Remote working is not available
  • You must be able to commit to 2 weeks of full-time training in the office (Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm)

  • Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Building rapport and delivering a personalised experience
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, effective resolutions
  • Turning challenging conversations into positive outcomes
  • This role is about delivering great experiences - not just answering calls.
