We are expecting unprecedented growth in 2026, which means we are looking for experienced, high‑performing Senior Operations leaders who can inspire teams, drive performance, and help shape the future of our growing site. Therefore, we are inviting applications for the following 2 roles: 

Call Centre Manager  

Our Call Centre Manager leads daily operations, inspires teams, and delivers outstanding results across multiple campaigns. You will bring leadership expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a high‑performing, goal‑driven culture. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead day‑to‑day operational delivery and team performance 
  • Inspire and motivate managers and advisors 
  • Oversee client campaigns, ensuring exceptional outputs 
  • Use data to drive results and address performance challenges 
  • Manage resources effectively to support growth

  • Strong leadership experience within a contact centre 
  • Proven operational delivery in sales or service environments

Head of Operations  

The Head of Operations provides strategic and hands‑on leadership across multiple clients and campaigns. This role is pivotal to driving sales performance, commercial growth, and operational excellence, working closely with senior leaders to shape the vision of the site. 
 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and develop the Sales Operations function across clients 
  • Drive revenue, margin, and commercial results 
  • Represent the company in key client interactions 
  • Implement operational strategies and performance improvement plans 
  • Oversee resource optimisation, forecasting, and planning
