In-House Barista

We are now looking for an in-house barista to operate an internal coffee shop, providing a selection of hot beverages to our staff. You will be working within the Hammonds of Hull building ResQ offices.
The Role:
The barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver great service: Provide friendly, fast-paced support to employees in the company coffee shop.
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee shop and workstations clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Operate Equipment: Use coffee machines and other brewing equipment effectively, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all necessary ingredients and materials are available for service.
- Payment handling: Handle card payments accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
