Position: Sales Advisor

Location: Spectrum 3, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT
Salary: £25,555.53 + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, on-site in person, permanent role (up to 40.25 hrs per week)

What you will be doing:

• Driving outbound sales activity to consistently hit and exceed targets

• Identifying customers’ needs through impactful conversations and matching them with the right packages to maximise sales opportunities

• Confidently promoting a wide range of products, overcoming objections, and closing deals

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty, encourage repeat business, and support performance goals
